An Event Check-in System That Holds Up When the Queue Peaks.
Check-in is where registration data turns into attendance, and it is where queues form. We set the system up around how your guests arrive: how many doors open, when the busiest moment is, and who must not queue.

Event Check-in System
What the System Does.
One database for every door
Every station reads the same data, so no guest gets in twice through different doors and the attendance figure stays whole.
Keeps working offline
When the network drops, stations verify from data stored on the device, then merge their records once the connection returns.
Name search
Guests without their QR are looked up by name or number at any station, without going back to the end of the queue.
Walk-in and VIP lanes
Separate lanes so on-the-spot registration and VIP guests never hold up the main queue.
Per-session attendance
Attendance taken at session rooms, breakouts or sponsor areas, for certificates and reporting.
Live dashboard
Organisers see attendance and each station's pace while the event runs, from a laptop or a phone.
Options
Choose the Method.
The method follows the experience you want at the door, not the headcount. One event can also use several at once.
- 01
QR code
The default. Inexpensive, needs no special card, and familiar to nearly every guest. Suits seminars, conferences and most corporate events.
- 02
Name search
Always available as a normal lane, not an emergency one. Crew find the name, verify it and mark the guest in.
- 03
RFID
Cards or wristbands read without being held to a scanner. For events where guests must not stop at a desk.
- 04
NFC
Cards or wristbands tapped briefly on a reader. Suits multi-day events and restricted areas.
- 05
Facial recognition
Only with attendees' explicit consent, and always alongside a non-biometric lane.
Common Questions
About Event Check-in System.
What if the venue's internet goes down?
Check-in stations keep running offline from data stored on the device, and we bring our own backup connection. Once it returns, every record is merged with nothing lost.
Does it work with several entrances?
Yes. Every door reads the same database, so a guest who came in through one door is recorded at all of them and nobody is counted twice.
How many check-in stations are needed?
It comes from how guests arrive, not the headcount. A thousand guests arriving in the same half hour need a different setup from a thousand spread out. Tell us the schedule and we'll work it out.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests just show the QR from WhatsApp, email or their badge. Apps run only on crew and station devices.
