Event Badge Printing, with the Right Name on Every Badge.
Guests wear their badge all event long, and a mistake on it is seen by everyone. We prepare the design, the name data, the printers and the way badges are handed out, to fit how your event runs.

Event Badge Printing
What We Prepare.
Designed to your event
The layout comes from your event identity, with names still readable from a few steps away.
Name data cleaned first
Titles, names in the wrong column and duplicates are fixed before printing, including names from other countries.
Access categories
Different colours or labels for attendees, speakers, press, VIPs or crew, so door staff know at a glance who may enter.
QR on the badge
The badge carries a QR for session check-in, goodie bag claims or sponsor-area scans.
Choice of material
Paper or label badges for a one-day event, through to photo PVC cards that look like a proper ID.
Enough stock
Print stock is prepared above the registered count, and there is always a spare printer on site.
Options
Three Ways to Hand Out Badges.
Which one fits depends on how settled your guest list is and how guests arrive.
- 01
Printed at check-in
The guest scans and the badge prints. No badges are wasted on no-shows, and a name changed at the last minute still comes out right.
- 02
Printed beforehand
Badges wait in order at a counter and guests just give their name. Fastest when the list is settled.
- 03
Self-print at a kiosk
Guests do it themselves, from screen to badge. It helps when arrivals pile into the same hour.
Common Questions
About Event Badge Printing.
How long does a badge take to print?
A named badge prints a few seconds after the guest is verified, at the same desk where they checked in.
Who designs the badge?
We can design it from your event's brand assets, or use a design from your creative team. Either way we make sure it stays readable and fits long names.
Do walk-in guests get a badge too?
Yes. Once their details are saved, the badge prints in the same format as a registered guest's.
What if a name is printed wrong?
Crew fix the record on the spot and reprint. Because there is one dataset, the corrected name is right in the attendance list too.
