Attendance Certificates, Only for Those Who Actually Came.

Certificates come from check-in data, not the sign-up list. Names are printed as registered, and certificates go to guests recorded as present.

Event Attendance Certificates

What We Prepare.

  • Certificate design

The certificate follows your event design, with the logos, signatures and details you need.

  • Names from guest data

Names and titles come from the cleaned registration data, so nothing is retyped by hand.

  • Attendance rules

Certificates go only to those who checked in, or attended particular sessions, by the rules you set.

  • Sent by email

After the event, certificates are emailed to every eligible guest.

  • Printed on site

If needed, certificates can also be printed and handed over at the end of the event.

Options

Who Gets a Certificate?

The rule comes from attendance data, so nobody who stayed home gets one.

  • 01

    Everyone who checked in

The simplest choice for seminars and single-session events.

  • 02

    Attended particular sessions

For training or multi-session events, certificates go only to those at the required sessions.

  • 03

    Stayed to the end

Guests are scanned again at the closing session, and only they receive a certificate.

Common Questions

About Event Attendance Certificates.

What if a name on a certificate is wrong?

The guest record is corrected and the certificate is regenerated and resent. Because there is one dataset, the fix shows in the attendance list too.

Can it be used for professional credit points?

Yes, as long as the attendance requirement can be recorded through check-in. Point details are shown on the certificate as the organiser requires.

Can it be sent by WhatsApp?

Yes. Email is the main channel, and WhatsApp can be added if needed.
