Registrasia Event Lab
See How It Works.
Follow one guest from invitation to the moment they walk into the room. Each stage shows the standard path, and what can be swapped out when your event works differently. What your team holds while all of it runs is below.
The guest journey, stage by stage
Invitation
The guest receives an invitation carrying a link that is theirs alone, by email or WhatsApp. We already know who opened it and who didn't, well before the day.
Pick any stage to jump to it, or click the place itself on the floor.
CAN BE SWAPPED FOR
That's the standard path. Pick one to change it.
Tickets & Quotas
Your Tickets, Your Rules.
Free, paid, invite-only or group. They can all run side by side in one event, each with its own quota and rules. Tap one to see how it works and the pass your guest receives.

- Quotas still apply even with no payment
- Can sit alongside paid classes in one event
Other Things You Can Set.
- Promo codesScoped to particular classes, with their own usage caps and validity windows.
- Change who holds the ticketAn attendee who cannot come is replaced without issuing a new pass from scratch.
- Tickets per day or per sessionOne pass for the whole run, or separate passes per day and per session.
- Waiting listsWhen a cancellation lands, the seat is offered to the next in line automatically.
- Cancellations and refundsYou set the policy. The system's job is to apply it consistently.
- How the ticket arrivesE-tickets by email, WhatsApp, or both, whichever is likeliest to be opened.
However intricate the rules are on your side, an attendee still holds one QR. At the door, every class passes the same scan.
The Organiser's Side
The Flow Above Belongs to the Guest. This Is What You Hold.
Every scan in it lands in one shared record set, and that is where your team works from, while the event is running, not once everything has already happened. Attendees never see this side, and they don't need to.
- While it runs
Live Dashboard
Attendance figures and per-station throughput move live. You see which station is falling behind before its queue becomes visible to guests.
- While it runs
On-site Control
Crew move to follow the load, lanes open or close, a guest's record is corrected on the spot, none of it stopping the queue that is already moving.
- Afterwards
Reporting & Handover
Who registered but didn't come, what share of invitations became attendance, and the complete dataset handed over in a format you can use yourself.
- Afterwards
Attendee Follow-up
Thank-you notes, event materials or a survey sent to the segments you choose: attended, didn't attend, or a particular ticket class.
However much runs behind it, the attendee's side stays exactly as simple: show a QR, walk in.
