Draws can be split by prize, by session or by guest category, such as staff only or VIPs only.
Confirmed on the spot
The name drawn is confirmed there and then. If the winner is not in the room, that prize can be drawn again.
Winners on record
Winners and their prizes are kept on record, ready for the organisers' report and prize handover.

Who Is in the Draw?

The simplest. Once a guest checks in at the door, they are in the draw.

Guests are scanned again into the closing session, and only they are entered. It keeps the room full to the end.

Entry can depend on visiting sponsor booths or finishing a quiz, logged through the QR on the guest's badge.

Yes. The system picks winners at random from the eligible list, and the draw plays on screen for every guest to see.
Do we still need raffle coupons?
No. The check-in data is the draw list, so there are no coupons to print, hand out or collect in a box.
Can walk-in guests be in the draw?
Yes. As long as their details are recorded at check-in, walk-ins are entered like anyone who registered beforehand.
Can prize sponsors be shown?
Yes. The sponsor's name or logo and the prize can be shown on screen during the draw.
