About Event Registration Service.
How is a registration service different from registration software?
Software gives you the tool. A registration service gives you the tool plus the people who set it up, test it and run it, including the hardware on site and a fallback when something goes wrong. If your team already runs its own registration desk, the system-only option is there too.
Can we take only part of the service?
Yes. For example only the sign-up page and invitation blasts, or only check-in and badge printing on the day. Your team can keep the rest.
How is the cost worked out?
From the attendee count, the number of stations and devices, the number of event days, how customised the pages are, whether badges print on site, and whether our crew is there. Tell us about the event and we'll send a written quote with the breakdown.
Do you cover events outside Greater Jakarta?
Yes. Crew travel, accommodation and equipment shipping are listed separately in the quote so you can see the breakdown.
