Paid Event

Payment is what issues the pass.

The moment money moves, every detail matters: tiers, quotas, early-bird windows, promo codes, and a payment that becomes the pass. What causes the most trouble is rarely the payment itself. It is what happens when one person buys several tickets for other people.

Best forPaid conferences, premium workshops, performances, capped classes.

Stages

How a Guest Moves Through It.

  1. 01

    Landing Page

Ticket tiers, quotas and early-bird windows are stated plainly.

  2. 02

    Registration

The buyer fills in attendee details, including for multi-ticket purchases.

  3. 03

    Payment

Payment is handled by a payment provider. We never store card data.

  4. 04

    Ticket

The e-ticket is issued only after payment clears, with a single-use QR.

  5. 05

    Check-in

A spent ticket is rejected on the spot, so it cannot be reused.

What You'll Decide

Three Things That Decide Whether It Runs Smoothly.

This flow has decisions best settled before sign-ups open rather than when the event is close.

  • 01

The buyer is often not the attendee

The form needs to separate buyer details from each attendee's, so the QR reaches the right person and the badge prints the right name.

  • 02

    A ticket must be single-use

A QR screenshot is easy to forward. The system rejects a spent ticket at the door, and your crew sees the rejection plainly.

  • 03

Decide refunds and name changes early

Both will be asked for. Setting the rules before sales open is far easier than deciding them when the event is close.

Before We Start

What You'll Need to Hand Over.

  • Ticket categories and prices, including any early-bird period.
  • A payment gateway account, if you want funds to land directly in your own account.
  • The refund and name-change rules.
  • What needs to appear on each attendee's payment receipt.

Don't have all of it yet? That's fine. We'll put the rest together in the first conversation.

Questions

About the Paid Event Flow.

Which payment methods are available?

It follows the payment gateway in use, typically virtual accounts, QRIS, cards and e-wallets. The ticket is issued automatically once payment is confirmed.

Whose account does the ticket money go to?

We recommend it goes straight to the organiser, through your own payment gateway account, so the money trail is clean for your books. If you don't have an account yet, we'll go through the options when we talk.

What happens to orders that are never paid?

An unpaid order is held for a set time, then its seat is released. Capacity is never used up by orders nobody pays for.

Not sure this is the right flow? Let's talk it through.

Plenty of events end up on a different flow than they expected, and that is normal. Tell us how your guests usually arrive and we'll help map it.
