Event Registration & Technology Services
Take all of it, or only the parts you need. The rest stays with your team.
Registration & RSVP
A sign-up page built for your event. Open registration, invitation only, RSVP, or paid tickets.
A lot of event problems begin at registration: messy data, duplicate attendees, or a form so long that people abandon it halfway. We shape the flow around how your guests actually arrive, instead of forcing your event into one template.

Check-in & Access
Guests check in with QR, RFID or NFC. For events with several areas, access can be set per area.
Check-in technology is decided by the experience you want at the door, not by headcount. An 80-guest event can use RFID if those guests must not stop at a desk, and a 3,000-person event can be perfectly served by QR when arrivals are spread out.

- Goodie bag & souvenir claimsEach collection is recorded by a scan, so no one can claim twice.
Website & Experience
The sign-up page and everything around it can follow your event's visual identity.
The registration page is often the first contact between your event and its guests, and frequently the only one before the day itself. Your identity can carry unbroken from key visual to the badge on a lanyard, so no touchpoint feels like a third-party system.

- Branded registration websiteColour, typography and layout follow your event identity, not our template.
- Event landing pagesA full information page with agenda, speakers, venue and a register button.
- Personal digital invitationsAn invitation that greets the guest by name and carries their own RSVP link.
- Branded confirmations & e-ticketsEmails and tickets that look like part of the event, not a system notification.
- Badge designBadge layouts designed so a name stays readable from a few steps away.
- Animated & interactive pagesConsidered transitions that make registering feel like part of the event.
- 3D & immersive experiences3D objects and full experiences for events that genuinely call for more.
- Multi-language pagesIndonesian and English side by side, which matters for events with overseas guests.
Communication & Data
Invitations and reminders by WhatsApp or email, then the data handed back to you afterwards.
Between registering and actually turning up lies the gap that decides your attendance rate. In Indonesia that gap is usually bridged better over WhatsApp than email, so we run both channels side by side according to what each message needs.

- Email invitations & confirmationsThe formal channel for invitations and anything a guest should keep.
- WhatsApp invitations & remindersThe channel attendees actually read, especially the day before and that morning.
- QR delivery over WhatsAppThe QR arrives where a guest can find it fastest while standing at the door.
- Bulk announcementsSchedule, venue or last-minute changes reach every attendee at once.
- Attendee segmentationAttendees grouped by division, category or status so messages land correctly.
- Live attendance dashboardAttendance figures and per-station throughput moving live during the event.
- Attendance & no-show reportsA record of who came, who didn't, and what time they arrived.
- Event data exportEvent data handed over in a format your team can use immediately.
- Door prize drawsWinners are drawn only from guests who have actually checked in, then shown on the stage screen.
- Automatic attendance certificatesNamed certificates sent by email or WhatsApp, only to guests recorded as present.
Event Hardware
Badge printing, tablets, scanners, printers and whatever else the venue needs.
The best system still fails on unprepared hardware. Every unit is configured before it leaves, labelled with its station and tested individually, including the spares, whose count is stated in the quote from the start.

On-site Support
Our crew handle setup, testing, running the desk, and whatever goes wrong on the day.
You can take the system alone and run it yourself, or hand the whole registration desk to us. What separates a calm day from a chaotic one is rarely the software. It is whether someone tested everything at the venue before the first guest arrived.

- Pre-event device configurationEvery unit prepared and tested before it ships, not at the venue on the day.
- Venue survey & network testingSignal strength, power points and entry width checked on site.
- End-to-end flow testingThe whole flow run on test records: register, receive QR, scan, print a badge.
- Trained registration crewCrew used to handling desks, queues and the guests whose records don't match.
- Event-specific briefingCrew are told who the VIPs are and what to do with an unlisted guest.
- Live throughput monitoringA lagging station is visible before its queue is visible to guests.
- On-site techniciansHandling devices, connectivity and the unexpected while the event runs.
- Rehearsed fallback lanesOffline mode and manual verification rehearsed before the day, not improvised.
