Attendee Data Stays With the Organiser.
We put attendee privacy first and handle the data under Indonesian law, including the Personal Data Protection Act.

Purpose Limitation
Attendee data is used only to run your event. We do not use it for our own marketing, we do not build profiles from it, and we do not use it for unrelated commercial purposes.

Data Ownership
The organiser remains the owner and controller of attendee data. Registrasia processes it on your behalf, subject to the agreement between us and to applicable law.

Data Export
After the event, you receive the agreed event data in the agreed format. You do not need to ask permission to get your own data back.

Default Retention
Once the data is handed to you, we schedule its deletion 30 days after the event. A different period applies only by written agreement, and we never keep it longer without telling you.

Biometric Data
Facial recognition involves a specific category of personal data. We only run it where the organiser has a clear legal basis and attendees give explicit consent, with a non-biometric check-in alternative always available.
