Events We Handle

Not Every Event Needs the Same Things.

Some events need only a sign-up page and QR check-in. Others need badge printing, several stations, a VIP lane, walk-ins, and crew standing by. Tap the one closest to yours.

Corporate Event

Town halls, gatherings, anniversaries, employee appreciation.

The guest list usually already lives in HR, not in a registration form. We import employee data as-is, verify against internal IDs or work email, then segment by division for seating, catering and door prizes. Anyone not on the list still enters through a walk-in lane without breaking the attendance report.

How We Work

Four Steps We Run on Every Event.

However big or small the event, the order is the same. It is what makes the day feel calm, rather than calm by luck.

  1. 01

    Map the event flow

We start from how your guests actually arrive, not from the features we happen to have.

  2. 02

    Plan for the busiest hour

Queue length is decided by the busiest half hour, not the total headcount. That is what we prepare for.

  3. 03

    Test at the real venue

Connectivity, lighting and queue layout get tried on site before the day, never assumed.

  4. 04

    Have a plan B ready

Internet drops, a printer jams, a guest forgets their QR. Each has a way out, and each has been rehearsed.

Common Questions

What People Ask Before an Event.

The questions that come up in almost every first conversation, answered plainly.

Something else? Ask on WhatsApp.

Do we have to book far ahead?

Not necessarily. All we need is enough time to build the form, load the attendee data and test the flow. On a straightforward event that can be done in a matter of days. Send the date and a rough headcount and we'll tell you straight away whether it works.

What happens if the venue's internet fails?

Already planned for. Every venue is different, so we never hang the system on a single connection. We bring our own backup line, and the check-in app runs offline when it needs to. Online or offline, attendance is still recorded and syncs the moment the connection returns. Manual name search is always there as a final layer.

What about guests who arrive without registering?

That can be arranged. Just tell us roughly how many to expect, so the walk-in lane is set up separately and the main queue keeps moving. The form is cut to what genuinely matters, and the record lands in the same database as pre-registered attendees. For the guest it stays quick, and never feels like an emergency lane.

Can it also handle door prizes, seating, goodie bags and certificates?

Yes. Door prizes are drawn only from guests who have actually checked in, table or seat numbers appear at check-in, goodie bag collection is recorded per person, and attendance certificates go out after the event. All of it runs off the same registration data, so there is no separate list to reconcile.

Can you handle an event of 1,000 attendees?

Yes. Station and hardware counts come from how guests arrive, not the headcount. A thousand guests spread over two hours need a different setup from a thousand arriving in the same half hour.

How much does it cost?

Six things drive the number: attendee count, how many stations and devices, how many event days, how customised the registration pages are, whether badges print on site, and whether you want our crew there. A system-only event is far lighter than a multi-thousand event with badge printing and an on-site team. Tell us what you need on the Build Your Event page and we'll send a written quote with the breakdown.

Can you issue a formal quotation and invoice?

Yes. We issue formal quotations and invoices, and can work through your PO process. If your procurement team needs documents for vendor registration, send us the list and we'll supply them.

Do you cover events outside Greater Jakarta?

Yes. Greater Jakarta is our main operating area and the lightest logistically. For other cities such as Bandung, Surabaya, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang and Medan, we still take the work, with crew travel, accommodation and equipment shipping quoted separately and transparently.

Who owns the attendee data after the event?

The organiser. You receive the event data in the agreed format once the event is over, and our default policy is to schedule deletion after 30 days unless something else is explicitly agreed. We don't use attendee data for our own marketing and don't share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Got an Event in the Works?

Tell us the headcount, the kind of event, the date, and how sign-up should work. From there we help work out the system, the hardware and the crew.
